Grandson of the company’s founder, Brett has been Kapnag Heating & Plumbing Corp.’s owner and president since 1981. Brett grew-up in the business and under his leadership it has grown from a small storefront repair-oriented business to a full-service heating and plumbing company.
Brett received a bachelor of arts degree from Northeastern University and a master’s degree from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
He is a New York City licensed Master Plumber and is a licensed New York City Fire Suppression Contractor and a certified New York State Backflow Tester. The company’s 24- hour emergency service connects directly to Brett’s cell phone. He lives in New Jersey with his wife of over 35 years and is the proud father of two sons.
JORDAN NEUHAUSER

Jordan, Brett's son, is the fourth generation of Kapnag Heating & Plumbing Corp. and hopes to bring company into and past it's 100-year anniversary.
Jordan received a bachelor of science degree from Elon University and a master of science degree in Construction Administration from Columbia University.
Along with Brett, Jordan runs the day to day operations of Kapnag Heating & Plumbing Corp. and is currently in the process of receiving his Master's Plumber License.
